The Cocaine Scandal

Here are the origins of the cocaine scandal:

Russia needs money to fund all the marginal, divisive parties in Europe and pay all the trolls and provocateurs that stoke passions there and in the US. But where is the money supposed to come from? The country’s economy is pathetically weak and oil-dependent.

So Russian diplomats reach out to drug cartels in Latin American countries and help them move enormous quantities of product. And that’s how they make the money to pay for their propaganda.

That’s all there is to it.

Fascinating! It suggests that a good way to undercut this is to legalize cocaine. The Coca-Cola company produces a lot of cocaine, removing it from the coca plants used to make their namesake product, I don’t know what is done with it, but selling it legally would certainly cause the price of cocaine to plummet.

    • Then they will sell “the crocodile” (the synthetic drug that is wiping out the young generation of Russians), in weapons, in humans.

The way to combat this is not by relying on “the hand of market” to sort things out. This isn’t about sales strategies but human relations.
