Of course, it isn’t because if it were, we could move the entire population of Russia and Ukraine here immediately. OK, not the entire population but about 80% at least.

Yep. People unfortunately pummel at each other most horribly all over the world. It stinks massively. I’m living with somebody who grew up in a situation of domestic abuse, so I’m well-aware that it’s horrible. But I have no idea how this can be solved by shuffling people around. Unfortunately.
