On Fox News, all commercials are for hearing aids, dentures and prostate problems. In the same time slot, the MSNBC ads are Uber, Facebook, and travel.

Over the course of a day, the ads on MSNBC, CNN, and Fox are identical. Sometimes two of the channels show the same ad at the same time. All three channels show commercials for sexy resorts for impossibly attractive young adults in bikinis, along with ads for diabetics and old people needing dental implants. The average age viewer for all the cable news channels is north of 60.
And all three channels have “hottie”young hosts who wear tight dresses and show off their cleavage. the only real difference in the channels is their ideological bias.

The ones I saw today are Hannity and Maddow. Thankfully, neither showed cleavage. Both were deathly boring. My DVR isn’t working, so I can’t watch my Shark Tank reruns and I’m suffering.

I love Rachel Maddow. I have never found her to be boring, even if I already know what she is saying and mostly agree with her. I do not like Chris M, since he so often does not let his guests finish what they are saying. But Rachel, Lawrence, and Joy are wonderful. Chris Hayes is OK, but he is sometimes boring.

My favorite old man screamer is Chris Matthews on MSNBC. The cleavage queen is definitely Erin Burnett on CNN.
When your DVR starts working again, I recommend reruns of “The X-files” and “Wanted: Dead or Alive.” You’ve probably seen/heard in the background every episode of “Law & Order” by now.
