What’s really obscene about the vulva scarf isn’t the look but the price. Although the look is kind of ratty.

That scarf is made with real fox fur.
Isn’t it extremely non-P.C. to wear any actual animal fur garments now (unless you’re an Eskimo or similar ethnicity)?
And also dangerous: I remember instances in Germany where animal rights activists would ride bicycles through pedestrian crowds and throw paint all over any woman wearing a fur coat.

That is absolutely horrible and disrespectful of cultural traditions. We are fur-wearers in my culture. It helps us survive the cold. Warm climate privilege!!!
