This is precisely the stupid, ridiculous, idiotic neoliberal mentality that got us into this mess. You can’t control everything. Some things don’t lend themselves to being “worked on.” Human interventions don’t do dick to this virus. It comes and goes away in waves.
The same people who terrorize us all with the idea that humans have zero control over their own emotions can’t comprehend that humans can’t completely control nature.
“the idea that humans have zero control over their own emotions can’t comprehend that humans can’t completely control nature.”
But this is why I disagree with US psychotherapy and it, with me.
I think that the more control you can get over your own emotions, not in terms of repressing but in terms of where and when to express, the better. I also think that the more clearly you can see and face what nature, or other forces, really are doing, the better.
According to them, these attitudes make me a control freak. According to me, they just make me competent.

What about Ivermectin? I haven’t become an expert like you but Bret Weinstein has been pointing to Ivermectin use in India.

It’s very effective. It’s more expensive than HCQ but it works. My friend who is a scholar of pharmacy says she’d take ivermectin if she had a bad version of COVID.

Plus, it has the advantage of having been on the market, and in common use, for a very long time– it is safe and cheap.
