Canadians, please don’t vote for Trudeau. And definitely don’t vote for the NDP. The NDP is Trudeau on steroids. They’ll lock you up forever and call you a Nazi for wanting a breath of fresh air.
Conservatives suck ass but they are very slightly better than the Liberals and the NDP. Please forget partisanship and kick these rabid neoliberals to the curb.
” please don’t vote for Trudeau”
How honest will these elections be (by laughable Canadian standards even)? Is there a chance the result will be legit or will it be a mail in phony election?

Trudeau was so completely sure he was going to win by a landslide that I’m thinking he might not have put any effort into falsifying the results. He’s that convinced of his wonderfulness.

Nope – it’s worse than you imagine. Canada is a “one-party democracy” – i.e. the party of the woke. Dumb as a brick and devoid of any marketable skills other than his looks and his fluency in both official languages, Trudeau the younger could only be elected Prime Minister in such a regime.
“They’ll lock you up forever and call you a Nazi for wanting a breath of fresh air.”
Nope – all three of these parties have enthusiastically “followed the science” of Canada’s wokester medical elites and imposed extended draconian lockdowns. The most severe lockdown in North America was in the province of Ontario with its Conservative premier.
“How honest will these elections be (by laughable Canadian standards even)?”
Say what? Elections Canada’s mechanics require voter ID, paper ballots, and the votes manually counted under the watchful eyes of scrutineers (observers) of every candidate in each riding.
While the actual results of the 2020 US presidential election will, sadly, forever be in doubt because of all the obvious jiggery-pokery going on, one can be confident that the 2021 Canadian federal election results will be as close to a 100% accurate count as possible.

I was actually going to delete this post because right after I published it I saw O’Toole’s pronouncements on vaccine passports. So yes, you are right. Unfortunately.

In Canada’s wokester one-party democracy, elections are mostly about style and personality. Some branding differences between the political parties do exist, obviously, but they are unlikely ever to translate into public policy if they violate the elite consensus. A perfect example of this might be the recent about-face of the Conservative premier of Ontario on vaccine passports.
Contrary to constitutionally-based liberal democracy, political power isn’t centred in either the legislature or the executive but is dispersed among various mutually reinforcing elite sectors like the bureaucracy, the legal and medical professions, the media, and academe.
“So yes, you are right. Unfortunately.”
Yes, don’t enjoy at all being “right” here. It sucks.

I remember a few years ago a Canadian guy put on a niqab and voted without ever being required to show his face. Is that illegal now? That would be good if it were illegal.

This is actually a pretty good illustration of how the kingdom of the woke works…
Wokesters to the left of me!
Wokesters to the right!

What do you think of the PPC? Should people vote for them or it’s useless?

I’m flattered that you would ask.
At present, I don’t see how Canada’s woke elites can be ‘voted’ out of power as their power does not reside solely in our legislature/executive.
All hope should not be lost – there are plenty of examples of populist third parties rising to challenge the elite consensus in Canada’s 20th century and who is to say that this couldn’t happen again. But most of these movements/parties were regionally based and since the PPC lacks a regional base, it seems unlikely to gain much traction.

This is sad. 😦 But at least it’s nice to see people screaming down Trudeau at election pit stops. A tiny victory but still.

I hear from other sources that the PPC is polling waaay ahead of its usual numbers.

Hello from the UK
I do not envy you voting, but I share others concerns re voter fraud. Justin Trudeau is by my judgement a narcissist, a child who has never grown up, seeking attention, but with no appreciable leadership skills. And no true humility.
I have written about him on my website.

I also have information re Covid 19 which people need to know about. I did understand much of this until last year and I researched. It may surprise you as some of it surprised me. This is the link. I do use humour to lighten the mood and help get the points over.
