On 23 October 1940, the Holland House library in London was bombed in an air raid. This is an iconic photo of readers still looking ar books even when the library is in ruins:

It’s impossible to accept that this exact thing (minus the old-fashioned hats) is happening at this very moment in Europe again. Done by the same people again but this time not through a proxy but directly.

(Stalin engineered Hitler’s rise to power in order to partition Europe and have Hitler weaken its Western part in preparation for the big war Stalin was planning).

    I understand you are hurting about Ukraine, but such historical statements reminded me of Bibi claiming Hitler received ideas about what to do with Jews from the Arab Mufti of Jerusalem.

    Or Russians today claiming (and many Russian bloggers claim that, almost all not anti-Putin ones) Putin was practically forced to attack Ukraine.

    Hitler’s rise to power was engineered by post-WW1 Germans with sense of hopelessness and desire for revenge, similar to feelings of today’s Russians. Yes, Stalin wasn’t trying to prevent that, but he was hardly the source of that German problem.

          And by the way, I first read Suvorov back in, I think, 1990, so my understanding of those historical events is hardly recent.

    You’re really stupid or a jew. Hitler rose from popularity and charisma, to squash judeo-bolshevism, the same cancer that we are now fighting to this day.
