He’s Their Daddy

I wanted to browse some news in a free moment but it turns out there’s yet another round of Elon drama, so it’s impossible to weed through the madness to get to actual news.

On the positive side, I’m taking a really great course on conservatism vs leftism in my Ukrainian philosophy school. Nobody there has any politically correct speech constraints, it’s an absolute joy. Experiencing how free people can be in thinking and speaking is magical.

  1. Liked this idea:

    1. That’s absolutely true. If you can’t divorce the work of art and the persona of the artist in your mind, you are a primitive individual who has willingly renounced one of the best things about being human.

  2. I had the horrible thought that Musk might run for president … and be elected. But then I checked and he is ineligible because he’s not a natural born citizen. Phew!

Oh. come on. Musk might turn out to be at least as entertaining a President as Trump was. After all, they’re both intelligent, very successful capitalists who know how the system works.

I learned a long time ago not to worry about how American politics or life in general turns out. Just sit back and enjoy the ride!
