Yes, but do these dummies actually identify as women? Has anybody bothered to ask or are we OK with blithely midge seeing them?
I think I’m having an autistic moment. Women are far more likely than men to suffer injuries in a crash, and part of why is likely that we’re optimizing cars to give reasonable protection to tall dummies with top-heavy center of mass. Have no idea why that would be controversial on either side of the culture war.

What you say can only be true if “men” and “women” are actual, existing categories rooted in biology. But if they aren’t – like we are supposed to believe – there’s no way we can reasonably say that different crash dummies are needed for different sexes.
