A large drone attack in Moscow today targeted the area where rich people live:

Rich Russians react angrily to military drones striking their neighborhood in Moscow this morning.

Many Russians are asking themselves “what have we done to deserve this?”

I’m interested in the way countries are often referred to by their capitals. In SA, the biggest city is not (officially) the capital for historical reasons. If anything any revolution they would organize would be against the socialists.

There are also theoretical arguments for defining countries around cities, although a more federal system could have a number of local capitals depending on their relationship with the national capital.
