1. “Spain won something sport-related”

   Two things on the same day.

   The Spanish player Carlos Alvaraz won the men’s final at Wimbledon (with a public appearance by Kate Middleton).

   Then Spain beat England in the soccer Euro championship (in Berlin).

   1. In other hispanic civilization sporting news Argentina apparently won an Americas soccer championship and Messi became maybe the most decorated soccer player ever….¡CHE!
