JD Vance advocated the Democratic Party platform of Walter Mondale. The conservative movement in Washington, DC, has decided to reject conservatism and embrace being the Democrat lite party, and that has always been a losing solution because you cannot beat the real thing.

And Vance’s foreign policy ideas are Berkeley left, as well. People who aren’t noticing are doing themselves no favors.

    1. Great article. Thank you so much. This is exactly what I’ve been referring to with the word “neoliberalism.” And the article is absolutely right in that Biden existed in a state of vacillation between neoliberalism and the nation-state while Harris is way over the hump and completely neoliberal.

      But this isn’t about specific individuals. We are all marching to the neoliberal future together. It isn’t a small cabal of evildoers that’s engineering this. The article correctly points that Europe is already halfway there. This is a gigantic planetary transformation.

      It’s not that we’ll get to this neoliberal, extremely stratified, extremely censored and controlled state if Kamala wins. I first described this future here on the blog before I ever heard Kamala’s name. We’ll get there because we are choosing to get there. We are all eagerly participating. Our brains are neoliberalized and we are recreating that everywhere around ourselves. This isn’t inflicted on us by Kamala. Let’s remember that today’s California is a result of the actions of the first major US neoliberal, Ronald Reagan.

  3. After giving billions of dollars to illegal migrants, DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas says FEMA is tapped — they will only provide “critical response efforts” and will not support rebuilding of the affected areas.

    The Biden administration has requested $12 billion in additional disaster response funding — but only if they also get $24 billion in new spending on Ukraine. In the meantime, Kamala Harris says $750 checks will go to “those who truly need it”.

    These people hate americans. For all his faults, Trump would never condition hurricane relief on support for Ukraine. And I can’t fathom the mind of a person who’s still on the fence about whom to vote for.

    Anyone countersignaling trump at this point is just a democrat. And it’s ok. Just admit it. These convoluted explanations about Vance being a crypto-lefty because he’s being Svengali-ed by his woke wife etc. are frankly ridiculous. It’s ok to not like Vance because of his views on Ukraine. Just admit it.
