    Maternity service users.

    Users.

    That’s right up there with being relegated to “consumer” instead of person.

    I hate the consumers word. Customer is a bit better.

    As Clarissa is pointing out, why are the only maternity service users “fathers and families”?

    “Fathers and families” indeed!

    I’m surprised they still use the word midwife. That’ll be the next to go.
