The UN needs to be disbanded. Or, at the very least, all US funding of this shameful organization should be withdrawn. It’s egregious that US taxpayers should pay even one cent of the salary of a bureaucrat who adores the regimes that despise our country.
The NATO also needs to be disbanded.
Both organizations are money-grubbing schemes with no use for the US.
We can’t disband it by ourselves but we could quit, cut off all funding, expel them from the facility in New York, and turn the facility into a memorial and museum to all the evil they have done.
As a New Yorker myself, I would also welcome the improvement to the parking situation in Manhattan if all those cars with diplomatic immunity were gone.

Totally, 100% with you. Why are we feeding these useless bureaucrats who hate us? Enough already.

Nothing that Guterres does ever surprises me: it seems there are no limits to his turpitude and debasement.
As for the UN: the sooner it’s gone, the better for all humanity. The whole circus – UN, NGOs, Quangos, every relief organisation whose ultimate aim is not winding itself down – must go.

You are dead wrong about NATO, which has been one of the most successful military alliances in history — and sill is today.
Putin attacked Ukraine to prevent it from joining NATO, which would have made it off-limits from Russian military aggression, because an attack on ANY member of NATO would automatically put the attacking nation at war against ALL NATO countries, including the United States.
The NATO alliance has kept the peace in Western Europe ever since its founding in the late 1940’s. Russia has never dared to attack a single nation that is officially a NATO member.

No, that is not why Russia invaded Ukraine, say I in a doomed voice 10 years into the invasion.
