It’s deeply bizarre that people would demonstrate against being returned to Mexico by waving Mexican flags.
There are few movements as devoid of reason and logic as the open border movement. One would think that people would try to argue that America is their home, they should stay because they love this country. But no, the exact opposite message is sent.

This may be a duplicate post, but since goddamn WordPress seems to have flushed my initial comment, I’m typing it again.)
When I was stationed with the USAF in several European countries in the 1970s, local protestors frequently staged mass demonstrations blocking the entrance/exit roads to my airbase.
The local European cops would give them an order to cease and clear the roadways, and if the lawbreakers didn’t quickly comply, the cops would return and end the demonstration by beating the crap out of the protestors, allowing base operations to return to normal. It’s a shame that our U.S. police forces have learned nothing about dealing with illegal disruptive demonstrations from our European allies.
(Since I’m a doctor and a nice guy, I sometimes volunteered to go outside the base and help patch up the battered protestors.)
