Tell me you’re not married, without telling me you’re not married…

And never will get married because any normal woman will think he’s a perv after a request for a detailed discussion after every sex act.

Might as well just bring a PowerPoint into the bedroom…

            😂

Meets a lady he’s interested in:

“Hello, I am interested in engaging in sexual congress with you. Here’s my resume: you’ll find my references are excellent, and I have A+ certifications in five popular sexual maneuvers…”

The whole idea that sex is a collection of techniques that work on everybody and that you can be “good at sex” like you are good at playing soccer or doing Excel spreadsheets is crazy. Sex is something that happens between two people, not an impersonal skill you apply to a collection of identical robots. There’s no algorithm.

“Wait, I haven’t finished with step 2! I can’t proceed to step 3 yet. That’s not in the user manual!”

The really funny part of all that is that… intellect turns off all the stuff that’s actually fun (same for childbirth: the more tech, the more bright lights, the more follow-these-six-steps, the more *talking* is involved, the less mom is able to turn off brain and just let nature do its thing: and intellect actively depresses oxytocin levels, which are crucial in the process). The key to any of it being good is being able to turn off your brain for a while and connect on other levels: physical, energetic, spiritual even.

The obsession with technique is… antithetical to that. They’re robbing themselves and any hapless partners of even the possibility…

That’s exactly it. I have no idea how one can enjoy it at all if there’s all this thinking involved.

Engaging verbal intellect is basically an override switch that turns off the neuro/biological processes involved in sex.

No wonder they think they need so much technique.

Agreed, the problem with trying to study preferred techniques is not only that it changes from woman to woman but also within each woman’s cycle. And if a guy is too dense to pay some attention to her reaction, the result is not likely to be positive.

That said, don’t ignore the verbal influence, sound can be as important to size and scent in attraction. The first is modern women:

The second is when I was still bad, i.e., had not met my wife ;-D

That’s just attraction, though. I regard that as a prerequisite. Don’t have sex with people you’re not attracted to!

Just do it in a skinner box with a team of trained observers watching and read their report.

It’s a joke. [Like Mark Zuckerberg trying to sell AI bots as “friends” to people who have 3 and want 15 or some nonsense.]

Or maybe he’s advertising for women who get hot and bothered by HR language and presentations. Rule 34.

This sounds like a prompt for his very specific kink.

The original intent might have been facetious but I read the comments and people are taking it very seriously. I initially found the tweet because somebody referenced it as an excellent approach.

He’s best known for two things, trying to make AI human-friendly, and as a guru of rationality. This tweet would have been made in his second role…
