The Trust Funder Revolution

That’s why I like him:

The extent to which the far-left shift has been driven for decades by the children of those most favored by our society rarely gets discussed. The revolt of the generationally rich is what is destroying us. The boutique sexual fetishes of the wealthy are at war with the middle-class morality we are told us stupid and boring. The value of their trust funds increases if national borders are erased.

  1. That’s true, one thought I’ve had for a long time: Only those with means can really devote themselves fully to stupid causes without facing painful consequences. Most of us need to go to work and do productive things to make a living. This is kind of the paradoxical thing about a successful society, it seems it eventually hits a point where people have the means and resources to devote themselves to the highly abstract, which in this case results in lots of useless completely fabricated ideas and problems.

    1. Inherited wealth, especially, because it makes people look for a way to prove their own worth. And it has to be in the moral realm, so they lay claim to some exceptionally sensitive form of morality.

This could be avoided if we didn’t despise heredity like I wrote yesterday. These rich kids suffer because their ego is overinflated and can’t accept family success as sufficient to feed the inflamed, painfully pulsating ego.

    1. They are oppressed by their lack of purpose. Working and middle classes do tend to have a sense of purpose, and this really annoys the rich kids.

  2. Did you watch Yarvin debate a harvard faculty member about democracy? Passage press just released the video. He ran circles around her stupid little ass.

    1. I’m very much looking forward to watching after my trip. That the debate took place, and he participated under his own name, and Harvard had to lend itself to the exercise – this is revolutionary. It’s an extraordinary reversal of the course we’ve been on for a long time.

This is such a cool moment we are living. The watershed that we will all remember many years hence.
