Is This True?

He’s wrong, right? Somebody tell me he’s wrong and it’s unnecessary drama.

I didn’t used to like this guy but recently everything he’s been saying made sense. I didn’t follow the news today, so I either missed something important or he’s being needlessly defeatist.

All true. We got one raid on a meat packing plant which revealed that most illegals are using identity theft and tax fraud, and Trumps walks back his deportation program a day later.

Cernovich is interesting, truly a master of the re-brand. He’s had so many iterations of his public persona it’s hard to keep track. Right now along with the politics stuff he’s posturing as a masculinity guru. Which is ironic, given he’s a stay-at-home dad whose only source of income is alimony payments from his rich ex-wife lol.

I hate this parasitic country so much. A millstone around our collective necks.

Israel has nothing without US assistance. I will never believe Trump couldn’t stop him if he wanted.

I don’t get it. The Trump electorate most certainly doesn’t want any of this.

        I agree with this analysis:

The problem with the “special relationship” between the US and Israel is that, thanks to the lobby and the fact that Americans remain pretty sympathetic to Israel (which means that it’s likely they would support a US intervention if things get out of hand), the Israelis have a lot of leverage on the US in practice.

Trump probably tried to deter Netanyahu from striking Iran, but he couldn’t credibly threaten to keep the US out of it, not just because the Iranians might attack US bases in the region in response to (although they won’t if they know what’s good for them), but also because Trump and Netanyahu both know that, even if they don’t, as long as they retaliate in a serious way and kill a lot of Israelis, it will be difficult politically for Trump to keep the US out of it.

So I guess that, in his conversation with Netanyahu a few days ago, Trump may have threatened to leave Israel to fend for itself if it attacked Iran, but Netanyahu would have known that it was probably an empty threat or that because the Iranians also know that it would soften their response lest the US get dragged into it.

Israel probably made a calculation along these lines, counting on their deep influence in american politics to call Trump’s bluff.

The problem is that you can’t solve once it gets so deep into the conflict. You need to be two steps ahead, work to prevent the issue. There needs to be a long-term strategy. Reactive behavior is a recipe for losing and losing and losing.

Israel just attacked Iran massively. So he may be accurate.

Trump is a lot of show, but little substance.

Also, oil prices spiking. Good for Russia, bad for US inflation and Trump’s economic plan. For activating like a tough guy, Trump sure seems to be dicked around hard by actual tough guys. Xi, Putin, and Netanyahu.

Maybe he’ll take it out in Zelensky or some other poor European schmuck tomorrow.

I can understand being afraid of Putin but Netanyahu? It’s pathetic.

Let’s hope there’s a course correction but all this is definitely disappointing. If we don’t get any deportations and there’s a war with Iran, we are so losing the midterms.

          And we deserve to.

This is a golden opportunity for an American president to put this parasitic country in its place. We’ll see what he’s made of.

These are echoes of Trump administration #1 where every step forward was followed by two steps backwards.

But you are right, let’s not get despondent. He has a chance to respond and show who’s boss. Nobody in America wants to be arming countries that attack other countries without provocation.

Trump has done alright on immigration. What may sink him and the Republican party is if the economy takes a major nosedive. All his messing around with tariffs is having serious economic repercussions that are just starting to show up in economic indicatos. For example growth is significantly down from when he took over

He announced today that he won’t be deporting the illegals that work in agriculture. Which means that all 30 million illegals now work in agriculture.

I’m sure Mariana is a nice (if exceptionally self-involved) person but once again Dems are being excruciatingly tone-deaf. What bargain is it where a person shows up illegally, enriches herself, and even then thinks she’s entitled to more?

              This is all nuts.

On a related note, I don’t like the idea of calling illegals working in agriculture and hospitality industry “slaves.” These people are legally privileged over you by virtue of their racial identity! They are imported and then it becomes illegal to insult them or not hire them and their children get preferential treatment over your own in institutions.

Slaves are people you own. In reality it’s the other way around for most americans. They have power over us!

In 1981, Israel shut down Iraq’s nuclear project. Operation Opera. And Saddam Hussein no longer had a nuclear bomb.

In 2007, Israel shut down Syria’s nuclear project. Operation Orchard. And Bashar al-Assad no longer had a nuclear bomb.
