Alaska

I’m not looking forward to Trump meeting “Putin” in Alaska because I don’t want the president of my country to be publicly mocked by a stand-in for a two-bit pedo loser. Trump doesn’t remotely understand what he’s dealing with and will get publicly shat on.

Remember when Tucker Carlson interviewed Putin? It’s not humanly possible to be kinder and more subservient than Tucker was in that interview. What he did was the equivalent of when a dog turns on his back and waves his paws in the air. And Putin responded to that by mocking Carlson for having applied to and being rejected by the CIA.

Because that’s the whole point. Humiliating Americans is the big prize for Putin’s only audience, which is the Russian people.

We need healthy Humanities like never before. We need the kind of Humanities that haven’t pissed away all credibility on nutty causes and can explain about cultural differences in a way that people would listen.

We have many serious domestic issues. We need a president who concentrates on them instead of trudging to Alaska to get humiliated for zero gain.

    1. I would be very humiliating for Trump to go to Alaska and then Putin does not show up. So I’d say this is likely to happen since Trump seems to have developed a humiliation fetish for Putin.

    2. Putin will send his goofy double. He has one who’s goofy and another who’s a grim Udmurt. I think Trump is getting the goofy guy.

But Putin himself never leaves the bunker. Especially after the Operation Spiderweb.

I also find it bizarre that Trump would want ti stand next to somebody who caused many, many people to lose their families, undergo torture, etc. This is putting at risk the life of POTUS for zero gain.

Do you think they’ll send a double or even that the original is dead?

About the time his death was ‘reported’ on generalsvr there was a perceptible shift in public appearances and pronouncements.

For my part after his brief assertive phase Trump has gone back to being retarded about russia and every new thing he says is stupider than the last… (and sending Witkoff again…. did he at least have his own translator this time?)

I would like to think this is a conscious strategy to throw them off… but… I’m not optimistic and fear he thinks he Got Through to putin and he work out a ‘pecem’ where previous administrations failed….

    1. Putin gave Witkoff a medal for the CIA employee whose son died fighting for Russia. That was the whole point of the meeting for Putin. Ha ha, funny.

That’s going to be the entirety of the Alaska meeting. “Putin” will mock Trump, and Trump will eat it in hopes of a “deal.”

I’m sure Putin will send a double because he’s hysterically afraid for his own life. This is the guy that meets people across a mile-long table even in the Kremlin. No way he’s chancing a trip like this. Plus, it’s another way to humiliate Trump. The US President runs to meet him while Putin can’t be assed to show up.

You can’t win at a game where you don’t understand the rules. And that’s where Trump is.

          1. I agree that the truth that Trump only cares about himself and would sacrifice all of you for money is boring.

            1. I once again repeat that wanting politicians to “care” about you is childish and you should try to grow up.

As for money, try googling Belarus, it might help.

              1. But you constantly pretend Trump cares about the country he’s the president of. You praise his bumbling with tariffs as at least doing something to restore American manufacturing or whatever other excuse you use.

              2. Your excessive use of the word “care” and a weird emotional attachment to me shows that you are very lonely. Please reach out to people you know. This is not healthy for you.

  2. He should be used to humiliations at this point. He’s had a lot of practice lately. Let’s look at his accomplishments:

    • Monthly deportations down 20% (already a low amount to begin with)
    • Carve-outs for illegal farm/hotel workers after securing a $125B budget for it in the Big Beautiful Bill. What is that money for if you’re not doing mass deportations?
    • Bombed Iran
    • No FEMA money for critics of Israel
    • Gaza clusterfuck proceeding with full force
    • Full-scale Epstein cover-up
    • Antisemitism police hired by Columbia
    • Citizenship revoked for antisemitic thoughts
    • Corporate tax cuts extended
    • Nothing on H1-Bs

We do have a LOT of memes posted from the official white house account, though. LOTS of laser-eyes edits.

He was right about this being the Golden Age. He just didn’t specify for which country.

    1. I heard they are retooling the H1B. Which means it stays.

There’s been some really good stuff. And there’s been some absolute shit. I’m trying to concentrate on the positive but it’s not easy.

      1. By the way, have your views on Vance changed? Mine have but from a different perspective. I don’t trust these silicon valley tech oligarchs (Thiel, Karp, the whole Palantir crowd) anymore. Forgot why you hated him lol.

        1. Everything he says feels phony. I just can’t see any sincerity in him. I think he’s faking that he’s MAGA to get to the presidency.

I listened to Nick Fuentes’s most recent show, and I found it impossible to disagree with his take on Vance, Thiel, and Palantir.

          God, I hope I’m wrong.

          1. Haha I also listened to that show and he absolutely knocked it out of the park. I cannot believe you listen to Nick Fuentes. Man, I gotta give you credit for being open to different perspectives. A lot of people talk about it but they rarely put this principle to practice. You do. His takes are spicy!

            1. I got to give it to him, he’s very talented. To go on like this, for 3 hours, completely unscripted, improvising, with the same level of intensity, that’s a rare gift.

Did you see the shows where he answers questions from the followers? They are beyond funny.

              1. He’s a gifted orator. And extremely funny. In a recent show he commented on stupid e-girl fights on twitter. Something like “Like Einstein said, I don’t know about the first e-girl war, but the next e-girl war will be fought with sticks and stones” and it just killed me lol.

              2. I loved that one. I also really liked when a listener asked what media to consume and Nick just went off on him for not knowing what his own interests are. I heaved.

              3. Unrelated question. Do you listen to podcasts at regular speed? I listen at 1.75x speed and I have a feeling it may not be good for me or may be wrecking my attention span. Do you have any thoughts on this?

                Like

              4. I will confess that I listened to that novel Culpability at 1.75 speed. That’s the first time I’ve done something like this but I wanted the torture to end.

I don’t think listening to podcast on fast is bad. Your brain processes faster than they get the words out. For busy, active brains it can be painful to listen at regular speed.
