We’ve been doing monthly leave reporting in the same system for the past 15 months. How much longer do you think it will take a group of people with PhDs to figure out how to do it every month without spamming me with emails asking me the exact same question month after month after month?
It’s like that with absolutely everything. Tons of fussing and conversations about trivial things. And then people complain that they have no time to write.
