If you have an issue with a large company, don’t email or call them. And don’t use their online chat option. The only way to get them to notice you and start responding is to write your complaint on X and tag the company.

Did it work? They do have bots that detect customer complaints on X but I’m not sure if it leads to a successful resolution.

Still in the process. It’s a weird situation because I ordered a product from a US company, which for some bizarre reason shipped through Canada. And Canada had a strike of postal workers. My product got lost in the shuffle. And I really want it because it’s cute.
