The Dean unleashed another austerity surprise on me today but I was wearing very pretty shoes from Spain and didn’t care.
He looked very disoriented by how clearly I didn’t care.
That’s what happens to fellows who don’t understand shoes.

LOL, c’mon Kid, that is most of us. I have a pair of dress shoes, a socially acceptable pair of cowboy boots plus one pair of runners, and another by now very comfortable pair of each plus, an assortment of work boots and rubber boots, some caulked, in workable condition. Hasn’t much changed in 50 years or so ;-D
