Health Trends

Health trends are often annoying because people into extreme one-upsmanship.

Psyllium husk is good for blood sugar.

Yeah, but I eaty husks raw after grinding them myself for an hour.

Yes, I also grind them myself and I add raw organic honey from my own beehive.

Yes, I also grind them myself and I add raw organic honey from my own beehive where every bee is fed individually with a special mix of mega nutrients.

Yes, I also grind them myself and I add raw organic honey from my own beehive where every bee is fed individually with a special mix of mega nutrients. But I also mediate over each bee for 3 hours while standing on one leg barefoot in a field of fresh clover that was grown from the seeds that are infused with beams from the infrared light machine I invented myself after hanging upside down naked in the sun and chanting abundance chants.

After which, one says, oh fuck you all and goes on to have a salami sandwich.

Sorry, I didn’t mean to cause this feeling. I only tried it once and I’m loving the taste. It tastes like mushrooms!

    Huh.

I used those for a while. Helpful.

Why are people out there on the internet trying to one-up each other about their chronic constipation though?
