      They aren’t going to scream at us that we are racists and fill medical schools with people who are incapable of learning. I call that an excellent ideology.

      Redistricting is boring procedural stuff but it’s an excellent use of effort.

        Ignoring redistricting is how the apartheid government came to power despite their opponents winning the popular vote. Their subsequent redistricting made them unbeatable regardless of popular opinion.
