I’m Starting to Feel Like It’s Me, Or Something. WordPress Malfunctions

So now WordPress seems to be having technical issues, too.

Well, at least they are handling it with a sense of humor:

The weird thing, though, is that these issues seem very similar to the recent Blogger malfunctions that sent people from Blogger to WordPress in droves. Readers can still access the blog and read it as usual. The authors, however, can’t do anything on their own blogs.

  1. That’s the way of all websites. What you read is what is already up in the ether and may not reflect what is happening on the server at this very moment.

  2. An hour or so ago I was completely unable to read your blog. It would not load. I let it try for several minutes and then stopped it. I was wondering what was going on. Maybe someone with Murdock has hacked into blogger for practice and then tried wordpress. Livejournal next??

    1. This is just getting curioser and curioser.

I have no idea what’s going on. I thought it was my internet connection being weird at first. But the other websites work perfectly.

  3. My WordPress site was down for about five minutes. Seeing that it had become very slow, I copied what I had written into my word processor and saved it. When the site went back up, I put the saved changes there. The article I had been working on has now been published, with no problems.

WordPress is imperfect, but then I must admit to similar flaws.
