Now that my husband is away at a conference, I discover every morning that, to my huge surprise, the sink is still full of dirty dishes. I have gotten so used to them getting clean as if by magic. . .

I miss you, my flower. And not because of the dishes.

It’s convenient to get Japanese takeaway to eat, when one’s husband is away and cannot do the dishes. Some steamed fish on a bed of rice in a Styrofoam container, along with a plastic cup of Miso soup warms the heart.

I read this comment while deciding where to eat tonight. Thank you for helping me choose! 🙂 I only hope there is Japanese food in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
