And self-aware. Instead of berating myself and feeling guilty for playing a juvenile Fashion Story game on my Kindle, I remember that playing the game allows me to employ a non-destructive, positive coping strategy that gets me through the last 2 weeks of the semester with zero stress.
The only problem is that I have to make sure students don’t see me decorate a fashion store on my Kindle because I’m not prepared to educate them about coping strategies.

It might be a good idea to educate them about coping strategies. I feel wholly justified about using mine, whatever they might be at the moment. Watching chef competition shows on the food network, for example.
