Weight

Since we started talking about weight, it seems that, in a way, I’m losing weight, too. Since May 1, I gained exactly one pound. My belly, in the meanwhile, is becoming visibly bigger every day. This can only mean that other parts are getting smaller.

I just have to be weird in absolutely everything.

  1. that your belly is BECOMMING bigger does not necessarily mean that other parts are BECOMMING smaller dear Clarissa.

  2. I’m no expert on these things, but you must be carrying a lot of extra weight in the form of Eric at this point. It makes sense that you’d lose weight on everything else because you’re having to exert yourself more just to do everything you normally do.

    1. Yes! Everything is such an effort. I drop a pen and contemplate it with horror because bending to pick it up is an adventure. I really miss the time when bending, reaching, getting up, etc was so easy that I didn’t notice it.
