Failed by Feminism

It is as stupid to say “feminism has failed a lot of women”* as it is to say that “reading has failed a lot of men” or “pens have failed a lot of people.” Feminism is not a person or even a group of people who are supposed to provide anything to anybody. It is a tool people can use to help themselves and / or others.

Maybe the person who wrote the article was thinking about the psychological benefits. Just not the same ones you are. 🙂

      1. Simply turning around someone’s statement is not much of a comment at all. It’s extremely lazy and deserving of as many thumbs down reactions. Additionally, consider the possibility you don’t know what you are talking about and have never accessed ❝Jolly Bison❞ before this date. The person connected with the account at that location has written several similar jaw dropping remarks before, however, I will leave you to access those, since you cannot wait to do the research, haha❢

    2. Oh God. This is just sad. The cluelessness of some people is nothing short of tragic.

Since the semester started last week, my blood pressure has dropped off a cliff, my blood sugar has become perfect, and my insomnia is gone. And I wasn’t out if work during the summer. I simply worked from home. I can’t even imagine what kind of a physical and emotional wreck I’d become if I had to be permanently out of work.

When all one has to look forward to is doing the same load of dishes every day, no financial gain to somebody else can justify that kind of a tragedy.

  1. The clothes I sometimes try to put on fail me. Sometimes I try to have a bath, but the way the water falls from the tap also fails me. I aim to put food in my mouth, but it drops to the floor instead.

Me too. Their makers didn’t have your body type in mind, while sewing them. May be, the complainer has the same problem with “makers of feminism,” aka feminists.
