If the snowfall continues, there is a chance work will be cancelled.
I can’t tell you how comforting I find all this snow. I always keep a big store of grains, frozen meats, sugar, matches, flour, and candles in case we get snowed in. And we never get snowed in! Maybe now we finally will.
I totally need to move to Alaska. I would be so happy if it could be like this 9 months out of a year.

By the way, to what do you attribute your extensive amounts of various supplies? To Soviet past? I am not sarcastic, my wife is like that too, and she claims this is the reason…

Yes, we are at -12C now and the forecast promises us -27C tomorrow! Oh, the joy, the happiness.

– Yes, sure. The writer Tatiana Tolstaya also always says (on her blog) that she can’t feel at peace unless there are bushels of supplies all over her house.
