Weird Announcements

It sometimes seems like people are trying not to sell their houses. Who, for instance, taught them to capitalize every word in a description of their house? See the following, which, mind you, is just a short excerpt form a much larger announcement:

Main Floor Includes Large Living Room With Brick Fireplace (Converted To Gas), Custom Walnut/Wrought Iron Staircase To Second Floor And Beautiful Oversized Portrait Window To Frame The View; Kitchen, Separate Dining Room, Two Bedrooms (Including Master) And Large Full Bath. Upstairs Are Two Large Bedrooms With Cheerful Dormer Areas, Lots of Storage Space And Second Full Bath. Cozy Lower Level Includes Family Room With Custom Walnut Bar And Game Room. Unfinished Area Has Shower, Laundry/Sink And Work Bench.

I gave up trying to understand this after just one line.
