The guy who posted the tweet is Deputy Prime Minister of Russia and in charge of Russia’s defense industry.
By the way, Putin’s love of getting photographed with wild animals has already led to torture and death of several animals that belong to the protected species. I don’t care much about animals but even I was practically in tears when I heard the story of the snow leopard tortured for a long time to please Putin.
At least, the “effeminate Obama” isn’t snapping the puppies’ necks after getting his photo taken with them.

Here’s a guess. That “Triumph” stamp was on the original Russian language version of the tweet put out by the Russian Deputy Prime Minister, so he (or whichever subordinate actually created the tweet) probably simply found the separate Putin and Obama images on the Internet, and the stamp had already been added.

Have you seen that? How can Putin talk about standing behind (not in front of, as he emphasizes) backs of Ukrainian women and children in case of war? Has anybody in the West heard the words? You talk how Ian Welsh loves Putin. I think seeing and reading the English translation would make it difficult to continue.
Putin’s words can refer only to crime of human shields, no? Even Hamas doesn’t go that far. At least, not in propaganda.

Oh God. For those who don’t speak Russian, Putin says in this interview that Russia will invade Ukraine and use Ukrainian women and children as live shields. I’m not interpreting his words. I’m relaying them verbatim. Oh God.
