Not sure about the weather in the US, but in Romania we’ve had a month of overcast skies. I sure hope you’ll do the self-care blog feature again next year in late winter, by the looks of it I’m going to need it.

Yes. I loved the self care blog “assignments!” I didn’t do all of it. But I managed to do some of it and it was very very soothing. 🙂

Heh, wouldn’t it be funny if we used the self-care assignments as a justification for self-flagellation over not doing *all* the self-care suggested. I almost did this last year but I came to my senses.

Also god, I woke up this morning to the most gorgeous blue skies. Sunlight turning the wispy fog irridescent, that sort of stuff. Today is the perfect day for a few hours of walking.
