So. Who wants to guess how long my weekends will be next semester?
Yes.

I have no idea about your weekends, but that’s a great picture!

Thank you! My husband looked at it and said, ” Finally you posted a photo where you look exactly like you do in real life.” 🙂

Four days?
You need to give me the name of the straightening treatment you use, by the way. 😀

Since you are in Canada, you can get a Steampod. It works fast and even with my insane hair it works great. Of course, I have to do a Vox heat treatment, then conditioner, then Moroccan oil before the Steampod. But still, you can see the result.
Steampod is miraculous. But it isn’t sold in the US.

Right now I straighten my hair with a round brush and a blow dryer, which takes about an hour with my thick Ashkenazi curls; a steampod sounds like a lifesaver for my wrist. I also use Moroccan oil, it’s fabulous and smells amazing, and a tiny bottle goes a long way.

I only managed to do the round brush / blow dryer routine once and then suffered from carpal tunnel for a month. Plus, I have neither time nor patience to go through the whole thing.
The only problem with the Steampod is that it’s very expensive. I got mine as a gift.

$275 in Canada… I’ll probably ask for my auntie (who’s a hairdresser) to get me one as a graduation gift in June.
