Also there’s a minor hashtag I saw called #FramingBlackPeople. The cop, if you recall, fetched a taser that he dropped and planted it next to his dying body calmly, and claimed that Scott attacked him.
Nikki Haley signed a body cam bill today in a ceremony with the man who caught all of this on video at her side along with Walter Scott’s mother.
