There has also been a dramatic rise in the number of girls in poor countries who get educated and a massive drop in birth rates in desperately poor countries like Haiti and Bangladesh.
The world is on the right path in spite of the obnoxious stumbling blocks like that toad Putin or a minor toad Rauner.
