There’s Always a Cliché to Use

After the Oregon shooting, the idiotic cliché of “toxic white masculinity” has been quietly substituted with the equally idiotic cliché of “toxic masculinity.”

  1. The phrase “toxic masculinity” is meant to blame the violence on the so-called “patriarchy” — which to modern feminists is the root of all evil in the world. Adding “white” allows the writer to sneak in “systemic white racism” as an underlying cause.

Unfortunately, if you google “toxic masculinity,” you’ll find literally hundreds of articles about it on feminist and left-leaning websites.

      • I know. That’s precisely why I’m saying it’s a stupid cliche. I’m surprised that people never get bored with repeating the same boring turns of phrase over and over and over and don’t even try to reach towards a fresh understanding of an issue.
