I am beyond disgusted now, the asswipes at Free Republic are already upset because they think the government is going to grab their guns and hoping the shooters aren’t white guys. To clarify, my brother goes to a similar place in Jersey City because he has autism. These motherfuckers make me sick, saying that a clinic providing services deserves to be attacked for taking government money and being a gun free zone. I’d kill them personally if something like that happened to my brother.

According to what little updated information has been released on the cable news shows, the shooters attacked a Christmas party of “county” employees who had rented a large room and were NOT directly associated with the disability facility.
The three gunmen have escaped the scene and are currently at large, and NO description of the men has been released except that they were wearing dark marks and tactical gear like armored vests and had “long guns.” Most of the surrounding city is now in lock-down mode.
The almost complete lack of information this long after a mass shooting with an overwhelming police reponse is is very unusual.

There’s been a shoot-out between police and several people in an SUV in San Bernardino, and apparently the people shooting from the SUV have been killed (or at least “neutralized”) by the police. Police have surrounded the SUV but still haven’t gone up to the SUV, so the incident is still playing out.

This all happened 5 miles from where we live. One of the shooters lived 2 blocks away from my girlfriend’s place of work, which is a pretty safe area.

Thanks. I was out all day to meet up a friend in Palm Springs. So, it didn’t register with me until much later when I saw my phone and saw all the text messages from friends. My girlfriend’s place of work was pretty stressful. Everybody glued to their computer monitors watching live feeds.
I returned home a few minutes ago and only now have started to catch up.

I was listening to AM radio in my car where they were discussing this. Apparently when the police don’t give out any information it means they already have a pretty good idea of who and where the suspects are. So, they don’t want the shooters to know that they’re on to them.
