Cucumbers, radishes, baby potatoes, parsley, boiled eggs, scallions, and shrimp. Looks and tastes very happy.

    1. This is it. We decided to have another New Year’s celebration this weekend, so we are eating light in preparation for the massive pig-out that’s coming.

        1. If you don’t move much during that time, it’s not that bad. It has protein and carbs and possibly the right amount of fiber.

          Incidentally, Clarissa, what are your feelings about purple baby potatoes?

            Hey, if you’re alive and breathing, then you’re moving. Here’s two couple rules for good nutrition:

            If it isn’t meat, best not EAT!
            If it isn’t warm, weary of HARM!
            Not enough to fill, halfway to KILL!
            Plate full of sorrow, good luck to TOMORROW!

            I’ll looking for your holiday feast on Saturday, Clarissa — and I hope that both of us will still be around it enjoy it. 🙂
