There is a company that, as a reward to workers who have stayed on for 5 years, buys the employees a two-way ticket absolutely anywhere in the world they want to visit. The rewards for staying on 1, 2 and 3 years are also great.

That’s my sister’s company. They do job recruitment.

That is a perk after a mobile person’s heart. 🙂 I know many people who would use that perk to visit friends or relatives who live on the other side of the country or the other side of the world. Or just go visit a new place. 🙂
I don’t know what her recruiting business is like but a lot of places structure their benefits on the assumption that the most important parts of your network are all in the same area.
