Rooting for Trump

Whenever I catch a glimpse of the Republican primaries, I realize that I’m rooting for Trump. Because the greasy lizard is even worse.

I don’t like what this has done to me.

I agree. Nobody is worse than Cruz. Trump is spoiled, vulgar, and has the temperament of a petulant teenager. But Cruz is a religious zealot with war- mongering fantasies. Shudder. I don’t think of either of them could beat Clinton in a national election though. At least I hope not.

If the electoral trends shown today continue (Bernie beat Hillary in two out of three contests, and will probably win Maine tomorrow) , the general election may come down to a choice between the greasy lizard and the grandpa socialist.

That will be one for the history books! 🙂

    Even with is wins in Nebraska and Kansas, the changes of Sanders winning the nomination are becoming increasingly slender. At this point, I think he is in it to make sure that people are still paying attention to the Democratic race. When the time comes, he will rally support behind Clinton, I think. Sanders is very good at being inspiring.
