Johan Cruyff (soccer legend and former coach of FC Barcelona) died today though I don’t know why that would be observed in Illinois.
Maybe it’s a Brussels solidarity thing?

I think Nancy only got until she was buried. Most first ladies don’t even get that. This half-mast thing might be getting out of hand.
