Mercantile Road

OK, Mercantile Road is a slight improvement over Terminal Street as an address for a doctor’s practice but still. I’ve already been to an OB-GYN who wanted to sell me Botox treatments, and I’m not having good memories of that mercantile type of medical care.

  1. Mercantile Road is offensive to me. Very offensive. However, Terminal Road just means it is near the local bus or train station so people without cars can get there easily.

  2. If you happen to be in the vicinity of Austin, Texas and you require urgent care from a GP, why not stop by Austin Immediate Care at 5000 West Slaughter Lane?

There are also a few other medical facilities along that street as well as quite a few pharmacies to help you with your medical needs. 🙂

[… and yes, that is in fact the street name, Google it for your amusement …]
