It’s the feeling you get when observing the bizarre contortions of post-Soviet Jews who are trying to explain away Trump’s anti-semitic comments and tweets and argue that Hillary and Bernie are the real anti-semites.

        I read it yesterday.

Donald Trump Wins Surprising Jewish Fan Club — Among Russian Immigrants

At a senior center in South Brooklyn, the old Jewish immigrants from the former Soviet bloc can’t wait to vote for Donald Trump.
“I like his honesty, that he’s against Muslims, that he’s against refugees,” said Valentina Albert, a former refugee from Moldova whose husband was Jewish. “I think that our lives, the lives of immigrants from Russia, will be better and richer [with Trump.]”

Hah. No. I haven’t read it but I’ve read a million and one Facebook and blog posts in Russian on the subject.

The only real reason why they are so pro-Trump is their diseased, unhinged, out-of-this-world racism. They still can’t get over Obama being president. It is beyond disgusting.

My second grade teacher who used to teach us about the American racism and the lynch mobs back in 1982, now lives in New York and makes speeches about Obama that can be used as a KKK recruitment tool. :-((((((((((( And she used to look like a completely normal person.

Also overcompensation and a way to “belong”, maybe? It obviously fulfills some need that defies what we perceive as their apparent self interest.

I mean for an apparently centrist neoliberal dude who failed to bring about a progressive utopia populated by Rosetta Stone and United Colors of Benetton extras frolicking with unicorns, he managed to make so many people lose their ever loving minds.

And of course, people freak the hell out over HRC in the most ridiculous sexist terms now.

For any Britons, did Great Britain lose its entire mind with misogyny when Thatcher became prime minister? What about now with May?

Now now. Maybe they’re just passionate about the budget deficit and unfair trade deals.
