DNC

The DNC is phenomenally organized. I’m very impressed. All the more of a shame it is that the person who did all the organizing had to be ousted over a ridiculous prejudice against her.

      1. Perhaps. But it made her vulnerable to a scandal about this job in a way that someone who did well in that job as DNC chair would not. If you’re winning and people like you, you’re nigh invulnerable to scandal.

Fun fact: Donna Brazile gets called in to be interim chair every time some chair resigns between elections, I have no idea why.

  1. She’s also shown signs of being friendly towards the Sharks who have the payday loan companies that charge exorbitant rates of interests for lending money to working-class people who have no saving or other assets. Democrats don’t need somebody like that on their side.

      1. I used the word she, and I’m against her because of her sex?

This is a complaint against her as an elected member of Congress in general, it’s not specific to her job as a DNC chair, which consists of strategy, fundraising and making the Sunday morning rounds. :p

I’m sure you have some phone calls to make on behalf of her primary opponent. :/

          1. If she was asking me for money, I’d tell her that she can get it from somewhere else. Some of the donors aren’t as clueless as your statement suggests.

          2. Bernie Sanders has said that he might campaign for Wasserman Schultz’s primary opponent. Does that make Bernie a sexist, too? 🙂

              1. OK, so it’s how I wish my hair would look. But I only manage to achieve this look right after I wash it and put a ton of product in it.

          1. Why is it appropriate to be posting a picture of her? We all know she doesn’t actually have horns. Looking at American politics from the outside it seems childish that the appearance of a candidate is even mentioned. More so when the candidates themselves do it.

              1. My issue with the post is the use of the word gorgon (a female monster). Maybe I am a little sensitive but it smacks of sexism to me.

              2. The Gorgon reference is to her hairstyle, and that’s no more sexist than mocking Trump’s very strange orange hair.

            1. So true. The fixation on everyone’s hair is especially bizarre. I’ll never forget how insulted Bernie Sanders was when an interviewer started asking him about hair. Here he was trying to talk about crucial issues and everything was trivialized like that.
