We’ve been hearing a version of this statement about Trump’s supporters for ages:
They want respect because they haven’t just lost economically, but also socially. When they turn on the TV, they see their way of life being mocked and made fun of as nothing but uneducated white trash. With Trump, they are finding someone who gives them respect. He talks their language, addresses their concerns.
I’ve got a question, though. Which TV show? Where can I find this mockery of “their way of life” on TV? Or on Netflix? Or on Hulu? Or anywhere? Just curious. I love TV, so this should come easily to me but I have no idea which shows are meant here.

19 Kids is hardly a mockery of the family. Hoarders is not about blue collar men

Honey Boo Boo, I agree, though.

I haven’t seen it but I’m guessing by the title that it mocks women.
Like all these shows, actually. Wow, I just noticed.
Are there any shows that mock men?

The Simpsons? (Although, this is a very liberal program)

I’ve never seen it. I hate cartoons.

Lisa Simpson is a very interesting character and his father Homer is so stupid (In fact, he’s very intelligent but he had a Crayola crayon stucked in his head when he was a kid, and he’s stupid since) that he had ever supported Ted Nugent as a GOP Presidential candidate.
Family Guy? (less political but very liberal) American Dad? (liberal, but the main character Stan Smith is an educated CIA agent and a very conservative man who had supported a Cheney-Quayle Presidential ticket) The Cleveland’s Show? (analogous to Family Guy for Blacks). Bob’s Burgers? (not political at all, but Bob is a stupid White man), King of the Hill? (probably the most blatant mockery of the conservative White men rednecks, although the main character Hank Hill is less insane of all of them)

Yes, I know all those cartoons. But I’m watch The Simpsons more regularly than others.
In fact, I’m more interested in cartoons as an adult than as a child.
Did you see this? This Trump’s medical record is so hilarious.
