One post after another in my blog roll contains nothing but a cryptic slogan ” CUBS !!!!” I know it must be sport- related and truly admire the folks who have energy for sports so close to the election but so far from Thanksgiving holidays.

I’m not into sports and I didn’t even bother watching the games, but I’m still happy that the Cubs won the World Series for the first time in over 100 years. My mom didn’t watch any of the games either and she cheered when she heard the news.
