Here is a great article about Trump. It would be hilarious if it weren’t so damn tragic that people who are tired of the elites voted for a guy who is the embodiment of the elites. They think that some academic who is in constant fear for his job and struggling to pay the bills or a journalist whose newspaper is destined to die within a couple of years are elitist. But a fellow who was born with a platinum spoon encrusted with diamonds up his asshole is the man of the people.

Ouch. That sounds painful.

He does look very pained and constipated most of the time. 😄😄😄

…who are anal retentive. Or have very specific fetishes.
What is that expression in that photo? This should be the best goddamn week of his septuagenarian life and he looks like that? That is not a man who is suppressing glee.

Yeah, the fellow is like, fuck, this means I’ve got to do actual work now? Sheeet….

Call me crazy but IIRC not long after winning in 2008 Obama, after his first meetings with the existing government, looked like he aged about 30 years.
My guess is that he’s been schooled on just how little a sitting president can do and/or (X files mode kicking in) been given classified information…..

Absolutely. He was worn out by the job. Let’s see what the need to actually work will do to Trump.

Pfft he’ll be fine. It’s not like he’s inheriting a recession right now and his redacted Dr. Oz special physical was classy and fabulous; and he has both houses of Congress in the same party. Elected Democrats are never as intransigent as Republicans, and I doubt they’ll start now. He’ll perk up for his inauguration.

What’s with the pessimism? There is quite a chance the fellow will conk over. He looks like quite the apoplectic type.

Trump has access to the best medical care money can buy. He’s probably had a team of private doctors to treat him his entire life. Remember,Cheney by all rights should have been dead a long time ago, and this is a man with well documented heart problems.

He doesn’t seem to listen to much medical advice judging by the weight and the eye bags.

Americans, what do you expect? They’ve got zero class consciousness. They all think they are just like billionaires because they are all about to become billionaires.

From NY Times
Mr. Trump, a homebody who often flew several hours late at night during the campaign so he could wake up in his own bed in Trump Tower, is talking with his advisers about how many nights a week he will spend in the White House. He has told them he would like to do what he is used to, which is spending time in New York when he can.
…
Returning home to Trump Tower from the White House may not be Mr. Trump’s only embrace of the familiar. His aides say he has also expressed interest in continuing to hold the large rallies that were a staple of his candidacy. He likes the instant gratification and adulation that the cheering crowds provide, and his aides are discussing how they might accommodate his demand.

The part about rallies is downright scary. I don’t like to use the word fascism but…
