Fiber

Have you, folks, tried the high-fiber diet? Wow, it’s like being on drugs. I haven’t had so much energy since I guzzled 3 Red Bulls in close succession (horrible idea, by the way).

Today I made curried split pea with wild rice, tomatoes and spinach. Even Klara ate it, it was so not horrible.

    That sounds delicious!

    Speaking of fiber, I make this at least once a week. Chickpea flour is literally ground lentils, so it’s very good for you. Spice it however you like. These days I use some ethiopian spices, like berbere, but just about anything works. Curry, whatever. And I add a lot more (and different) veg than it says in the recipe.

    Fiber bomb, and so tasty.
