I’ll definitely be doing mini-retreats. They sound like a fantastic idea. They can be combined with at-home mini-spas (bubble bath, mask, aromatherapy.)
It’s brilliant.
When I was new faculty I actually did one of these each week. It was great. Later I fell out of it. I am not sure I could do one every week now but I should start now with every 15 days anyway.
